Mega Glass templated, supplied and installed bespoke glass kitchen splashbacks throughout the entire development at Wimbledon Hill Park – totalling 57 kitchens.
Part of our i-CLAD range, the safety bronze mirror added style and sophistication to each and every kitchen.
Wimbledon Hill Park is set in one of South West London’s most affluent and desirable locations. Rich in heritage, it offers elegant living and demands only the highest standards in construction and design.
Mega Glass were pleased to specify a selection of bespoke bronze mirrors from our range of i-CLAD Safety Glass range.
Due to the impeccable standards throughout the Wimbledon Hill Park development, Mega Glass specified our range of i-CLAD safety bronze mirrors.
Exclusive to Mega Glass, our i-CLAD Safety Glass meets a 1B1 classification within BSEN12600 achieving the highest possible result under the pendulum impact test. This offers architects, contractors as well as home owners peace of mind for cladded applications, in particular for the kitchen splashbacks.
Each kitchen splashback was templated and made bespoke for each individual home, of which there were 57 properties. There was also the consideration that the glass had to sit flush with the upstand. Because of this, the Mega Glass installation team had to expertly apply the silicone ensuring a high quality, seamless finish.
Wimbledon Hill Park demanded the highest quality construction and design. It was a great chance to showcase our i-CLAD safety bronze mirrors which offered stunning aesthetics together with superior functionality.
Our problem-solving skills were also exercised in the templating of each bespoke mirror, together with the installation where the glass splashbacks had to sit flush with the upstand.
